We reserve the right to:
- Introduce new pricing tiers, add-ons, or retainer options for features that require higher-cost, more advanced, or higher-usage AI models than what is included in a product’s original purchase.
- Limit, throttle, or adjust usage of embedded AI tools if usage patterns create costs that are disproportionate to the original one-time purchase price.
- Offer future upgrades that rely on more advanced AI models as separate, clearly-priced, optional purchases — never retroactively billed against a product you already own.
Any such change will be clearly disclosed before it applies to you. We will never silently change pricing on a tool you have already purchased and are already using as originally delivered.
